Replacement and Return Policy In our effort to satisfy our valued customers, we provide you with the replacement and return policy according to the following conditions: • The customer has the right to request a replacement or return within 3 days from the date of receipt. • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging. • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged cannot be replaced or returned. • The shipping and return costs are fully borne by the customer, and their value is 56 Riyals. • The store bears the shipping fees only if there is an error with the product or a manufacturing defect. In case of a manufacturing defect in the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and attach clear photos of the product. • The amount will be refunded after receiving and inspecting the product, within a period of 5 to 7 working days.
